Though she has to remain silent for several weeks, Savannah Guthrie insists she is “really excited” to finally put her long-running health battle behind her.

After undergoing recent surgery on her vocal cords, the TODAY co-host has been forced into total silence — but that hasn’t stopped her from staying closely connected to her children, daughter Vale, 11, and son Charley, 9.

As part of her recovery, Savannah was told she must be “totally silent” for a few weeks. At first, she relied on a simple whiteboard to get her message across.

“See you soon!

” she captioned a photo shared on January 5, showing herself holding a dry-erase board with the words: “All good! Thanks for prayers and love!”

Just a day later, Savannah revealed on her Instagram Stories that “the kids have fully taken over the white board, but all for love.” She shared sweet drawings, including a picture of a house — carefully labelled “the house” — believed to be drawn by Charley, complete with a boy wearing a baseball cap.
