Andrew arrived outside Escalante Holdings.

Now waited nearly two hours in the reception area.
Finally...
The elevator doors opened.
Mariana stepped out.
Elegant.
Calm.
Untouchable.
She didn't stop walking.
Andrew followed.
"Please..."
She kept moving.
"I made a mistake."
Still no answer.
He finally stepped in front of her.
"I'll remove Brenda."
"I'll apologize."
"I'll tell everyone the truth."
Mariana looked at him for several quiet seconds.
Then she asked only one question.
"When I asked you to trust me..."
"Did you?"
Andrew couldn't answer.
Because he remembered.
He hadn't.
Not once.
Mariana walked around him.
"This isn't revenge, Andrew."
"It's accountability."
