Part 3: The Boardroom Raid

By 9:00 a.m. the following morning, the executive center of Parker & Associates was placed under a total administrative block.
Three plainclothes compliance investigators from the financial crimes task force stood rigidly by the glass security entry turnstiles.
Linda sat at the head of the mahogany conference table, her organized family mask completely ruined by sudden panic.
Beside her sat her senior investment partner, clutching a leather folder that contained the fraudulent property transfer paperwork.
"You cannot legally dissolve my corporate management block, Robert!" Linda shrieked as I entered the suite.
"The development contracts we signed with the regional distributors are protected by an exclusive family asset shield!"
"The asset shield was officially nullified by a federal grand jury warrant at midnight, Linda," I told her flatly.
I stood perfectly aligned in the doorway, accompanied by Naomi Pierce and the lead state compliance prosecutor.
Naomi connected her secure field terminal to the room’s main display, illuminating forty pages of transaction data.
The grand digital monitors lit up instantly, displaying the unredacted metadata captured from the hidden bedroom camera.
The files didn't just show the physical intimidation; they captured the exact hours she used to forge the signatures.
"The signature you used to authorize the Delaware escrow advance was an absolute criminal forgery," Naomi announced.
