Chapter 15 - The Dangerous Game

The highly complex, incredibly dangerous undercover operation officially began three agonizing days later at the massive downtown shipping terminal.

Marco sat completely alone in the heavily shadowed front office of the massive warehouse, his dark eyes aggressively scanning the security monitors.

He was wearing a simple, dark protective coat, completely forcing himself to patiently wait for the violent cartel to walk directly into the federal trap.

Outside in the heavy, freezing rain, over fifty heavily armed federal agents were completely hidden inside completely unmarked shipping containers, waiting for Marco's absolute signal.

At exactly midnight, a convoy of five massive, completely black armored trucks aggressively rolled through the heavy steel gates of the shipping port.

Silas Thorne confidently stepped out of the lead truck, surrounded by a dozen heavily armed, extremely nervous mercenaries clutching automatic weapons.

Marco slowly walked out of the small office, walking completely unarmed into the freezing, heavy rain to aggressively face his absolute worst enemy.

"I heavily knew you would completely see reason, Marco," Silas mocked loudly, aggressively waving his men forward to begin unloading the heavy wooden crates.

"My businesses completely require absolute peace, Silas, and I am heavily willing to completely pay your toll to maintain it," Marco lied smoothly, his face completely devoid of any emotion.

Silas smiled aggressively, completely believing that he had successfully broken the legendary, terrifying will of the great Marco Vitelli.

The cartel soldiers aggressively began prying open the massive wooden crates, completely revealing hundreds of highly illegal, fully automatic military assault rifles.

Marco’s heart pounded heavily in his chest as he slowly reached into his dark coat pocket, his fingers firmly gripping the small, hidden federal transmitter.

He completely needed to wait until the absolute maximum amount of illegal weapons were fully exposed to ensure Silas received a lifetime federal sentence.

"You really should have completely stayed in the violent game, Marco," Silas sneered aggressively, picking up a heavy rifle and admiring the cold steel.

"The absolute truth is, I heavily plan to completely kill you and take over this entire port the second my weapons are safely loaded."

Silas aggressively raised the heavy military rifle, directly pointing the lethal barrel straight at Marco’s broad, completely unprotected chest.

Marco did not even flinch, his dark eyes completely locking onto Silas with absolute, terrifying calm as he violently pressed the hidden transmitter button.

Instantly, the massive steel doors of the surrounding shipping containers violently burst completely open with a deafening, metallic crash.

Dozens of heavy floodlights completely illuminated the dark, rainy port, completely blinding the terrified cartel mercenaries in a brilliant, harsh white glare.

"FBI! Drop your heavy weapons and completely surrender immediately!" Agent Harris roared fiercely through a massive, heavy megaphone.
